Common Questions

UAE e-Invoicing FAQs: Clear Answers Before You Commit

Every company has different systems, transaction volumes and compliance requirements. We begin with a practical assessment instead of pushing a fixed software package.

Ask Us a Question
An ASP is a service provider accredited for the UAE e-Invoicing system. It enables structured electronic invoice exchange and the required reporting through the regulated network. We help you compare and coordinate with an accredited provider; Ali g Essential is not itself presented as an accredited ASP.
No. Our approach is software-neutral. We review your existing systems, transaction volume, budget and the available accredited ASP options before suggesting a suitable implementation route.
Possibly. We assess whether your system supports the required exports or integration methods and whether an accredited provider can work with it. Where integration is unavailable, we can discuss a controlled migration or compatible invoicing workflow.
Free Zone status alone does not automatically remove e-Invoicing obligations. Applicability depends on the company's activities, transactions and applicable rules. VAT and Corporate Tax treatment also require separate assessment.
We offer accounting records management, reconciliations, tax schedules and return-preparation support. Any tax filings are made by the client or a properly authorised representative, and specialist tax opinions or statutory audits can be separately arranged where necessary.
It depends on the selected ASP's pricing, accounting software plan, number of invoices, number of companies and the complexity of existing data. We discuss the scope and provide an implementation quotation after reviewing your needs. ASP and software subscriptions are generally separate from our service fees.
We plan the work around your deadline, but timing depends on the accredited ASP, portal availability, agreement execution, data quality, technical integration and the client's timely approvals. We will agree on realistic milestones during the assessment.
